EIT 2.0 Founder Joe T. May Transfers Ownership to Industry Veteran Dr. PK Swain

Leadership transition strengthens innovation and positions company for future growth

Ownership of EIT 2.0 LLC was recently transferred from founder Joe T. May to Pradyumna Kumar (PK) Swain Ph.D. The transition marks a significant milestone in the evolution of the company, well known in the ultraviolet (UV) industry for both industrial and germicidal measurement solutions.

PK will serve as President and CEO in his new role. He joined EIT 2.0 in 2022 as COO after several decades of leadership roles in the industry with Heraeus Noblelight America and Fusion UV. The planned succession strategy ensures continuity for employees, customers and partners. Key managers remain in place at EIT 2.0 LLC to support PK and to position EIT 2.0 for continued growth under experienced industry leadership.

Joe T. May will remain involved with the company as Chief Inspiration Officer, focusing on the development of future products and continued innovation.
